I have been training at Project Disposition for almost a year now. In that time, I have seen my strength and fitness improve. In addition, my mobility (particularly in my shoulders and hips) has increased significantly. Disposition’s main points of difference compared to other gyms I’ve trained at is the coaching and the sense of community and camaraderie. The coaches have a deep and extensive knowledge of both health and fitness generally. They are also passionate, supportive and encouraging. I really feel that they want me to succeed in my goals as much as I do. They have a very high level of technical knowledge which they explain in ways which are easy to follow. As for the sense of community, we have many members (of all levels of ability) who are regulars. I have seen them develop and achieve their goals. We also have new members starting all the time who are quickly accepted into our pack. The vibe of the Box is the best I have ever experienced. For me, training at Project Disposition and catching up with my training buddies really is one of the highlights of my day. I couldn’t recommend Project Disposition highly enough.
